The Town plan is a 1,500 acres plan for creating a home of 25,000 residents.
A project by Diaspora Kenyans to advance education to be applied in the progressive development of Kenya and contribute to the world development and sustenance.
Hospital
To provide healthcare according to the Kenya Constitution 43. (1) Every person has the right— (a) to the highest attainable standard of health, which includes the right to health care services, including reproductive health care.
MSME's
The project will have close to 300 MSMEs open progressively as the project progresses. As a Gross Domestic Product Grow project in the first 5 years, the Town will progressively grow to have a Kshs 20 billion GDP.
Design-Build
The Town Design – Build Plan is a production of 2.5 Million Square Meters of space that is serviced by 60 km Roads and Infrastructure network. The space and roads build to meet work, commercial and residential needs.
Residents
The Town will progressively grow to reach 25,000 residents. DUT will address environmental and resident issues to make their life comfortable.
