The Town plan is a 3,000 acres plan for creating a home of 90,000 residents.

The Town will progressively grow to reach 30,000 residents. DUT will address on the following resident issues to make their life comfortable.
To provide healthcare according to the Kenya Constitution 43. (1) Every person has the right— (a) to the highest attainable standard of health, which includes the right to health care services, including reproductive health care.
The project will have close to 500 SMEs open progressively as the project progresses. As a Gross Domestic Product Grow project in the first 5 years, the Town will progressively grow to have a Kshs 20 billion GDP.
The Town Design – Build Plan is a production of 5 Million Square Meters of space that is serviced by 120 km Roads and Infrastructure network.
The space and roads build to meet work, commercial and residential needs.
